We don’t sell pets. Instead, we sell products for their nourishment and grooming. Apart from that we provide at home services to groom your pet.

Our store is available and accessible only online as of now.

How can I customise the products for my pet?

Customisation is available for limited products.

• Fill your pet’s name in the space given in the description
• Choose "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now"

I haven’t received a confirmation email for my order.

The confirmation email is generated automatically as soon as you place an order. If you didn’t receive it, you can send us a mail or call on our contact number and we will take care of the rest.

How do I initiate a return request for my order?

Your order will be eligible for the replacement if you have received a defective or wrong product(s). Place a request via following mediums within 48 hours:

What are the different ways to pay for my order?

You can pay via COD/Net Banking/ Debit/Credit Card or you can use any wallet and UPI from Google Pay, Paytm, PayU. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.

Can I cancel my order online?

You will be able to cancel the order within 3 hours of placing it.

Which all products do you sell?

We have a fine variety of food items for the all age group of dogs and cats. Apart from that, we have grooming products like shampoos, conditioners etc with the fine variety of bandanas, leashes, collars, toys and many more. Check the Dog and Cat menu for more information.

How long does it take for the order to reach me?

We know that you are patient enough, but we are not, we are always excited for our products to reach their desired owners, that that too before the expected time. Regular products will reach their desired location(Outside Delhi NCR) within 7-8 business days and the customised products will take 10-12 business days. We reside in Delhi, and this comes as a bonus because all the deliveries within Delhi NCR will take upto 48 hours.

Due to the prolonged restless situation of the pandemic COVID-19 there will be slight delays in the deliveries, but don’t worry, your products are in safe hands. You will receive it within 7 business days from the date of ordering.
